HOP HISTORY

Originally developed as a high alpha, low cohumulone variety (back when low cohumulone was associated with pleasant bitterness), Horizon has settled in as a niche player more in downstream flavor/aroma uses rather than traditional bittering.

BREWING PROFILE
Notes of herbal and floral aromas with a backdrop of dried wood shavings. Horizon adds an appearance of more body to session beers.
