HOP HISTORY

Liberty followed Mt. Hood in 1992, the second release of USDA Hallertau mf. analogs. Why did they release another?  Seems that even though the oil “fingerprints” were a close match to Hallertau mf., real world brewing results and human sensory detected differences.

Mild, refreshing aroma of flowers and spice. Ranging between lemon pepper and orange marmalade. A classic for sure that is well proven in lager beers, wheat/summer ales and Kolsch.
