Perle
Perle Hop Breed
HOP HISTORY

Bred from Northern Brewer at the German Institute for Hop Research, Perle has adapted well to growing conditions in the northwestern US.  Alpha acids tend to be lower when US-grown, and usage has leaned toward aroma/flavor.

BREWING PROFILE
