Indie All the Way WCIPA
A West Coast IPA that showcases the beautiful new school, old school hop combo of Strata and Chinook. It starts off with just enough early stage bitterness to give you a fresh palate sensation, but the mid/late palate is all juicy hop flavors.
From the brew team: “We’ve been big fans of Strata since we first tried it in 2018. We love the mandarin orange + mango skin flavors that deliver more tartness with a slight bitterness, but also more intensity and aroma. We also really like the Oregon Chinook from Indie. It has a spruce tip meets grapefruit vibe that we really like. We’ve done this combo in the past for hazies, but decided to pump all this juiciness into a West Coast IPA. We lightened up the body with Rahr Northstar Pilsner and added Strata CGX to amp up the intensity. Lallemand BRY-97™ yeast has become our go-to West Coast yeast strain, since it ferments clean and dry with very little sulfur character to let the hops pop.”

Dazzling Glow WCIPA
Luminosa, Strata and Chinook deliver notes of sweet resin, soft mango, strawberry and peach…
in this West Coast IPA flavor bomb that stays nice & dry as a proper WCIPA should. Utilizing a simple base of light pils malt to allow the hops to shine front and center, this hop combo is sure to dazzle your palate.

Enegren Brewing x Bierstadt Lager
American Reinheitsgebot Helles Lager
a smooth, classic Helles lager infused with the essence of modern American-grown ingredients, boasting subtle hop flavors of summer fruits and floral aromatics that gracefully complement the mellow, yet prominent smooth, grainy sweet malt flavor.
Enegren brews this beer for the anniversary of the Reinheitsgebot — the German purity law which mandates beer be crafted solely from water, malt, hops and yeast. This year they teamed up once again with their great friends and top lager brewery, Bierstadt Lager, to make a classic German-Style Helles Lager using all American ingredients including Pilsner malt from Leopold Bros. in Colorado and our newest hop release Audacia.
In keeping with American tradition, the “lager motivators” at Enegren put this beer through some extra testing. Check out their process here. This beer will be released in celebration of the anniversary of Reinheitsgebot on Tuesday, April 23rd, bringing glory to the American lager. SuperNova Cold XPA
Designed to produce a clean beer with superior fermentation, this innovative hybrid yeast provides a perfect platform for a dynamic hop combo that most have yet to experience — Audacia, Strata and Meridian.
Released from the 2023 crop, Audacia is Indie’s most recent hop release — and it’s a hop that is brewing up to its name! Lower alpha at 6%, this hop allows balance in lower ABV beers, but also holds its own when paired up with heavy hitters like its relative Strata. Throw Meridian into the mix for added high notes, and get ready for a flavor experience to remember! We can always count on Marni and the Odell crew to craft only the best!

Awarded “America’s Favorite Mom & Pop Shop 2023” by Entrepreneur, The Silver Stamp is a must stop during CBC. Utilizing their twenty years of combined industry experience and knowledge collected from a year of backpacking conducting R&D, owners Rose Signor and Andrew Smith built out the bar in 2020. Doors opened in 2021, and their community has shown a steady thirst for the top-notch offerings that flow here ever since.
